Ingredients

Organic Chicken Breast Cutlets, Lemon & Garlic enhanced with up to 15% of a solution for flavor & juiciness of Water, Organic Soybean Oil, Organic Red Wine Vinegar, Organic Distilled Vinegar, Sea Salt, Organic Dries Sugar Cane Syrup, Organic Dried Garlic. Contains 2% or less of Organic Dijon Mustard (Water, Organic Mustard Seeds, Organic Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt), Organic Lemon Juice Concentrate, Organic Spices, Organic Garlic, Xanthan Gum.

Directions

Keep Refrigerated. Do not Microwave in package. Cooking Instructions: Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees F to ensure juicy and tender chicken. Use a digital thermometer. HOW to Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Grill: Preheat grill on HIGH. Drizzle both sides or cutlet with olive oil, optional. Sear 1-3 minutes. Turn over, baste with oil. Sear 1-3 minutes, turn over. Cook 1-3 minutes. Turn over again; baste. Reduce heat to MEDIUM and cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of cutlet). Broil: Preheat oven to BROIL. Adjust rack to 6 inches from heat. Drizzle both sides of cutlet with olive oil, optional. Place on broiler pan. Broil one side 4-6 minutes. Turn over and cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer into thickest part of cutlet).
