Organic Chicken Thighs, Teriyaki Solution, Organic Soy Sauce (Water, Organic Soybeans, Salt), Water, Organic Dried Sugar Cane Syrup, Organic Distilled Vinegar, Organic Soybean Oil, Organic Garlic, Organic Pineapple and Organic Pineapple Juice. Contains2% or less of: Organic Ginger, Xantham Gum, Organic sesame Oil, Citric Acid, Organic Spices.

Drizzle both sides of thigh with olive oil (optional). Sear 1-3 minutes. Turn over, baste with oil. Sear 1-3 minutes, turn over. Cook 1-3 minutes. Turn over again;baste.Reduce heat to MEDIUM and cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of thigh). Broil: Preheat oven to BROIL. Adjust rack to 6 inches from heat. Drizzle both sides of thigh with olive oil, optional. Place on broiler pan. Broil one side 4-6 minutes. Turn over and cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer into thickest part of thigh). Do Not Microwave. Cook to internal temperature 165 degrees to ensure juicy, tender and safe chicken. Use a digital thermometer.
