Ingredients

Organic Chicken Breast Cutlets enhanced with up to 15% of a Teriyaki solution for flavor and juiciness of: (Water, Organic Soy Sauce [Water, Organic Soybeans, Salt], Organic Dried Sugar Cane Syrup, Organic Distilled Vinegar, Organic Soybean Oil, Organic Pineapple and Organic Pineapple Juice, Organic Garlic. Contains 2% or less of: Organic Ginger, Xanthan Gum, Organic Sesame Oil, Citric Acid, Organic Spices).

Directions

Keep refrigerated. Do not microwave. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times my vary depending on your equipment. GRILL: Preheat grill on HIGH. Drizzle both sides of cutlet with olive oil, optional. Sear 1-3 minutes. Turn over, baste with oil. Sear 1-3 minutes, turn over. Cook 1-3 minutes. Turn over again; baste. Reduce heat to MEDIUM and cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of cutlet). BROIL: Preheat oven to BROIL. Adjust rack to 6 inches from heat. Drizzle both sides of cutlet with olive oil, optional. Place on broiler pan. Broil one side 4-6 minutes. Turn over and cook until temperature reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer into thickest part of cutlet). Cook to internal temperature 165 F to ensure juicy, tender and safe chicken.
