Keep Refrigerated. Do not thaw in microwave. Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Use a digital thermometer. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator in microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Grill: Preheat grill on HIGH. Sear 1-3 minutes per side. Turn over; reduced heat to MEDIUM and cook 15-20 minutes turning several times until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of cutlet). Pan Sear-Preheat oven to 350 degrees if cutlets are thicker than 1/2 inch. Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in ovenproof skillet on MDEIUM; add chicken. Sear 9-10 minutes; turn over (if thicker than 1/2 inch, place skillet in oven). On stove top reduce heat to MEDIUM-LOW. Cook 10-15 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of cutlet).
