Do not thaw in microwave. Keep Refrigerated. Ready To Cook. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator in microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees. Grill: Preheat grill on HIGH. Sear 1-3 minutes per side. Turn over; reduced heat to MEDIUM and cook 15-20 minutes turning several times until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of cutlet). Pan Sear-Preheat oven to 350 degrees if cutlets are thicker than 1/2 inch. Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in ovenproof skillet on MEDIUM; add chicken. Sear 9-10 minutes; turn over (if thicker than 1/2 inch place skillet in oven). On stovetop, reduce heat to MEDIUM-LOW. Cook 10-15 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of cutlet).
