Ingredients

Enhanced with up to 5% of a solution of Cultured Sugar (Cultured Sugar, Vinegar). Coated with Jamaican Jerk Paste (Sofrita [Red Onions, Olive Oil, Garlic, Red Pepper Flakes], Shallots, Allspice, Green Onions, Thyme, Garlic Puree [Garlic, Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid], Kosher Salt, Dried Scotch Bonnet Chiles, Caramel Color, Safflower Oil, Black Pepper, Natural Flavors).

Directions

Keep refrigerated. Do not microwave in package. Cooking Instructions: Cook to internal temperature of 165 F to ensure juicy and tender chicken. Use a digital thermometer. How to cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Grill: Preheat grill on HIGH. Sear each side 3-4 min. Reduce heat to MEDIUM-LOW; close cover and cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of chicken), 30-35 min. Roast: Preheat oven to 450 degrees with rack in center. Place chicken breasts on baking sheet bone side down; roast 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Roast until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of chicken), 25-30 min.
