Ingredients

Enhanced with up to 5% of a solution of Cultured Sugar (Cultured Sugar, Vinegar). Coated with Jamaican Jerk Paste (Sofrita [Red Onions, Olive Oil, Garlic, Red Pepper Flakes], Shallots, Allspice, Green Onions, Thyme, Garlic Puree [Garlic, Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid], Kosher Salt, Dried Scotch Bonnet Chiles, Caramel Color, Safflower Oil, Black Pepper, Natural Flavors).

Directions

Keep refrigerated. Do not microwave in package. Cooking Instructions: Cook to internal temperature of 165 F to ensure juicy and tender chicken. Use a digital thermometer. How to cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Grill: Preheat grill on HIGH. Sear 2-3 min per side. Reduce heat to MEDIUM; close lid. Cook turning several times until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, about 12 min (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of thigh). Roast: Preheat oven to 450 degrees with rack in center. Place thighs on baking sheet with skin side up. Roast 15 min. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Continue roasting 10-14 min until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer into thickest part of thigh).
