Ingredients

Chicken, Water, Vegetable Oils (Canola Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil), Cultured Sugar, Garlic, Cilantro, Kosher Salt, Citric Acid, Vinegar, Malic Acid, Lactic Acid, Tartaric Acid, Lime Oil, Maltodextrin, Sodium Citrate, Pectin, Xanthan Gum, Lime Juice, Sugar, Spice Extractives, Ascorbic Acid, Natural Flavor, Turmeric, Beet Juice (for color).

Directions

Keep refrigerated. Ready To Cook. Do not microwave in package. How To Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Grill: Preheat grill on HIGH. Sear 2-3 minutes per side, reduce heat to MEDIUM and close lid. Cook turning several times until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of Cutlet). Pan Sear- Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in skillet on MEDIUM; add chicken. Sear until bottom quarter changes color, 3-4 minutes; turn over. On stove top, reduce heat to Medium-Low. Cook 8-10 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of cutlet).
