Keep refrigerated. Do not microwave in package. Cooking Directions HOW TO COOK Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165°F. Grill Preheat grill on HIGH. Sear 1- 3 min per side. Turn over; reduce heat to MEDIUM and cook 15-20 min turning several times until internal temperature reaches 165°F (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of cutlet). Pan Sear Preheat oven to 350°F if cutlets are thicker than ½ inch. Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in ovenproof skillet on MEDIUM; add chicken. Sear 9-10 min; turn over (If thicker than ½ inch, place skillet in oven). On stove top, reduce heat to MEDIUM-LOW. Cook 10-15 min, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of cutlet).
