Marinated with up to 15% Teriyaki Solution. Never frozen. U.S. Inspected and passed by Department of Agriculture.

Ingredients

Beef Teriyaki Marinade (Sugar, Water, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Alcohol (Preservative), Wheat). Distilled Vinegar, Rice Vinegar, Salt, Pineapple (Crushed Pineapple, Pineapple Juice, Ascorbic Acid), Soybean Oil, 2% or Less of each: Garlic, Ginger, Modified Cornstarch, Molasses, Caramel Color, Torula Yeast, Spices, Sesame Oil, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid).

Directions

Keep refrigerated. Do not thaw in microwave. Cook to internal temperature of 145 degrees F to ensure juicy and tender beef. Use a digital thermometer. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen thaw in refrigerator. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. HOW TO GRILL: Preheat grill on HIGH. Drizzle with oil (optional). Sear meat 3-4 minutes. Turn over; sear 2-3 minutes, turn over again. Reduce heat to MEDIUM; close cover and cook 3-6 minutes to 5 degrees below desired temperature, 5-10 minutes. Remove from grill and let rest 5-10 minutes.
