Keep refrigerated. Do not thaw in microwave. Cook to internal temperature of 145 degrees F to ensure juicy and tender beef. Use a digital thermometer. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen thaw in refrigerator. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. HOW TO GRILL: Preheat grill on HIGH. Drizzle with oil (optional). Sear meat 3-4 minutes. Turn over; sear 2-3 minutes, turn over again. Reduce heat to MEDIUM; close cover and cook 3-6 minutes to 5 degrees below desired temperature, 5-10 minutes. Remove from grill and let rest 5-10 minutes.
