Product Details

Ready to cook. 2-4 Filets per package. Containing up to 30% of a patented flavoring solution. USDA select or higher. U.S. Inspected and Passed by Department of Agriculture.


Solution Ingredients (Containing up to Thirty Percent of a Patented Flavoring Solution): Water, Potassium Lactate, Vegetable Oil, Butter Flavoring (Maltodextrin, Butter Flavor, Annatto Color, Flavoring), Sugar, Salt, Spices, Sodium Phosphates, Dehydrated Parsley, Sodium Diacetate, Flavoring. Tenderized with Novocarne Tender (Aspartic Proteinase).


Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place beef in shallow roasting pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes until inserted meat thermometer into thickest portion of meat registers 155 degrees F for medium doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Meat temperature will rise 5-10 degrees after removal from oven. Grill: Heat grill. Remove beef from wrapper. Place beef on grill over Medium heat. Grill 30-35 minutes, turning occasionally, until inserted meat thermometer into thickest portion of meat registers 155 degree F for medium doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
