Keep Refrigerated Below 40 Degrees At All Times. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may very depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 160 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer. If frozen, thaw before cooking. Stovetop: 1. Remove corned beef from package; place in large pot along with package juices if desired. 2. Fill with enough cool water to completely cover. 3. Empty the contents of spice packet into water. 4. Bring to a boil on HIGH; reduce heat and simmer covered, 2-1/2 to 3 hours to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer and fork tender. Carefully remove beef to platter. Let rest 20-30 minutes before slicing. Slow Cooker: remove corned beef from package; place in slow cooker along with package juices if desired. Fill with enough cool water to completely cover. Empty contents of spice packet into water. Cover, cook on HIGH 4 hours to internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer and fork tender. Carefully remove beef to platter. Let rest 20-30 minutes before slicing.
