Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cooing times may very depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 160 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer. Stovetop: Remove corned beef from package; place in large pot along with package juices if desired. Fill with enough cool water to completely cover. Empty the contents of spice packet into water. Bring to a boil on HIGH; reduce heat and simmer covered, 2-1/2 to 3 hours to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer. Carefully remove beef to platter. Let rest 20-30 minutes before slicing. Slow Cook: remove corned beef from package; place in slow cooker along with package juices if desired. Fill with enough cool water to completely cover. Empty contents of spice packet into water. Cover, cook on HIGH 4 hours to intenrtal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer and fork tender. Carefully remove beef to platter.
