Cook 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove pan from oven; rest 10 minutes (Bag may open at seam during cook time.) 4. Working carefully to avoid steam, use scissors to cut open bag on end and peel back for easiest transfer of product into the baking pan used. Caution: Contents Hot. Chef Tips: To serve, remove chicken and slice. Stir sauce in bag; pour over chicken. Cook thoroughly.
