Directions

Keep Refrigerated below 40 degrees at all times. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Pan Fry: 1. Separate and place desired number of slices in lightly greased skillet in a single layer. 2. Cook on MEDIUM 5-10 minutes or until desired crispness, turning occasionally. 3. Carefully remover to serving plate. Bake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees with rack placed in center. 1. Separate and place desired number of slices on nonstick baking sheet with sides. 2. Bake 10-15 minutes or until desired crispness. 3. Carefully remove to serving plate. Microwave (1100 watts): 1. Place 2 sheets of paper towels on microwave-safe plate or paper plate. 2. Separate and place 1-4 bacon slices on paper towels; top with another paper towel to prevent splattering. Place plate in microwave. 3. Cook 1-2 slices on HIGH, 1-1 1/2 minutes or until desired crispness. Cook 3-4 slices on HIGH 2 1/2-3 minutes or until desired crispness. Carefully remove from paper towels; place on serving plate. Caution: Bacon will be HOT. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat ans/or poultry.
