They are thin strips of duck breast with a rich smokey flavor. D'Artagnan duck bacon enhances any salad, -pasta, pizza or try scallops-- wrapped in bacon.

Ingredients

Uncured Duck Bacon: Duck Prepared with: Water, Salt, Raw Sugar, Natural Flavorings, Lactic Acid Starter Culture (Not from Milk).

Directions

Cooking: Pan fry on low heat, turning frequently, until desired crispiness. Drain on paper towels. All uncured meat products should be used or frozen within five days after opening. Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw (meats or poultry) separate from other foods.
