Passover Cake Meal (Ground Matzo Made from Passover Wheat Flour and Water), Vegetable Oil Shortening (Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed Oil), Sugar, Salt, Monocalcium Phosphate and Sodium Bicarbonate.
Makes about 14-16 pancakes. Preparation Time: 15 minutes. You Will Need: 1 cup Manischewitz Pancake Mix; 1 large egg; 1 cup milk (for pareve pancakes, substitute water for milk); Griddle or large frying pan. 1. Preparation: Preheat and lightly grease griddle or frying pan. 2. Mixing Batter: Beat egg and milk/water in a mixing bowl until well blended. Mix in one cup of pancake mix until moistened. (If batter becomes too thick, add a little milk/water.) 3. Cook: Drop batter onto hot griddle/pan to make pancakes about 3 inches in diameter. When top is bubbly and bottom is browned, turn to brown other side.
