You Will Need: medium bowl. To Mix: 2 large eggs, 2-1/4 cups cold water. To Fry: vegetable oil, large skillet. Mix: In a medium bowl, beat two eggs with a fork until blended. Add 2-1/4 cups cold water and mix well. Stir in contents of this package. Allow batter to stand for 8 minutes to thicken. Stir. Fry: Drop tablespoons of batter into 1/8 inch hot vegetable oil in a large skillet and brown on both sides. Serve them plain, or with sour cream or yogurt (if sour cream or yogurt is used, dish is not pareve). Makes about 7 servings (18-24 potato pancakes).
