Product Details

Israeli matzah. No preservatives. No food coloring. Product of Israel.


Matzo Meal, Palm Oil, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate), Salt, Leavening Agents (Mono Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Dehydrated Onions, Spices.


Contains gluten (from matzo meal). May contain traces of celery.


Store in a cool dry place. Makes about 30 matzo balls. Preparation: 1) In a small bowl blend 2 eggs. 2) Add contents of Matzo Ball mix (envelope No.1) and stir with fork until evenly mixed. 3) Set aside for 5 - 7 minutes. 4) Moisten both hands and from balls. 5) Drop the balls into boiling consomme or into 2 quarts of boiling water with 1 teaspoon of salt, cook for 7 minutes.
