Ingredients

Sugar, Cake Meal (Ground Matzo Made From Passover Wheat Flour and Water), Potato Starch, Vegetable Shortening (Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed Oil with Mono and Diglycerides), Modified Tapioca Starch, Cocoa, Salt, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Carrageenan, Polysorbate 60, Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Natural and Artificial Flavors.

Directions

Makes about 4 servings. Preparation time : 10 minutes. Bake time: 45-47 minutes. You will need: 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup cold water, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1. Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease enclosed baking pan. 2. Mixing Batter: Empty large bag of mix into mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup of cold water, eggs, and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. Empty contents of small bag into 1/2 cup of batter and mix well. Spread white batter evenly in greased pan. Make five strips with chocolate batter crosswise on top of the white batter. Pull a knife lengthwise back and forth through the batter at 1/4 inch intervals. 3. Bake: Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-47 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes. Remove cake from pan and continue to cool. Serve when cool.
