Passover Matzo Meal (Ground Matzo Meal Made from Passover Wheat Flour and Water), Brown Sugar, Palm Oil, Potato Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Salt, Natural and Artificial Flavoring.

Baking Instructions: You Will Need: 1 cup milk (for pareve muffins, substitute water for milk); 2 large eggs; medium size muffin pan; mixing bowl. Makes: About 12 servings. Preparation Time: 15 minutes. Bake Time: 20-22 minutes. Prep: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease muffin cups. Mix: Blend eggs and milk/water in mixing bowl. Empty contents of pouch into mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly with a fork. Allow batter to stand for 10 minutes and mix again. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake: Bake at 425 degrees F for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown. Remove muffins from pan while still hot for easy release of muffins. For larger muffins, use a larger muffin pan. Fill cups until full and bake at 400 degrees F for 32-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cholesterol Free Variation: Use 4 egg whites and 1 cup water.
