Ingredients

Passover Matzo Meal (Ground Matzo Meal Made from Passover Wheat Flour and Water), Brown Sugar, Vegetable Oil Shortening (Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed Oil) with Mono and Diglycerides, Potato Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium and Pyrophosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Salt, Natural and Artificial Flavoring.

Directions

Makes 12 Muffins. Preparation Time: 15 minutes; Bake Time: 20-22 minutes. You Will Need: 2 large eggs; 1 cup milk (for pareve muffins, substitute water for milk); Medium size muffin cups. 1. Preparation: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease muffin cups. 2. Mixing Batter: Blend eggs and milk/water in mixing bowl. Empty contents of pouch into mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly with a fork. Allow batter to stand for 10 minutes and mix again. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. 3. Bake: Bake at 425 degrees F for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown. Remove muffins from pan while still hot for easy release of muffins. For larger muffins, use a larger muffin pan. Fill cups full and bake at 400 degrees F for 32-35 minutes or until golden brown.
