Vegetable Blend (Carrot, Onion, Broccoli, Spinach, Potato, Red Bell Pepper, Zucchini), Egg Whites, Corn Starch, Spice Mix (Dehydrated Onion, Spices, Corn Starch, Natural Flavors, Tomato Powder, Potassium Chloride, Yeast Extract), Soluble Corn Fiber, Sugar, Canola Oil, Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper.
Keep frozen. Heating and Storage: For best results, keep and heat from frozen. Microwave: 4-1/2 mins. Do not remove outer plastic wrap. Heat on high for 3-1/2 minutes. Let stand 1 minute, remove plastic wrap from bowl. Heat uncovered at 50% power for 1 more minute. Microwave times are based on a 1000 watt oven and may vary due to wattage. Oven: 30-40 mins. Remove outer plastic wrap. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat plastic container uncovered on a baking sheet for 30-40 minutes. Do not heat in toaster or convection oven.
