Keep frozen. Heating: Directions are given from frozen. Some ovens vary, heating time and temperature may require adjustment: Conventional Oven (recommended method): Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C (Gas mark 7-8). Place single layer of frozen tenders on baking sheet. Heat for 15-20 minutes until hot and crispy. Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C. Fry for approximately 2-3 minutes. Microwave: For best quality we do not recommend heating in a microwave oven. Nevertheless, instructions are given if desired. Place frozen chicken tenders on a microwaveable plate and heat uncovered on high, for 2 minutes for 3 tenders. Do not overcook. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
