Water, Onion, Green Beans, Carrots, Corn, Celery, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Soup Base (Salt, Corn Starch, Spices, Seasonings, Citric Acid, Turmeric), Split Peas, Navy Beans, Barley, Lima Beans, Garlic, Canola Oil, Sea Salt, Pepper.


Keep refrigerated. To freeze place soup in freezable container. Heating Instructions: Stove Top: Pour soup into a saucepan, bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately. Microwave: Pour soup into a microwavable container, heat for approximately 2 minutes on high.
