Whole Grain Oats, Granulated Brown Sugar, Rolled Oats, Maple Flake (Sugar, Corn Syrup, Palm Oil, Butter, Maple Syrup, Natural Flavor, Caramel Color, Soy Lecithin), Untreated Sea Salt, Natural Maple Flavor, Natural Vanilla Flavor, Wheat Flour.


Contains: milk, soy, wheat.


Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal: For 1 Serving: 1/3 cup Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal; 3/4 cup water. Stovetop Instructions: In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add oats, stir well. Return to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 2-3 minutes, or until desired thickness is reached. Remove from heat and allow to stand 1-2 minutes before serving. Microwave Instructions: Add oats and water to a 16 oz bowl. Microwave for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes, or until desired thickness is reached. After cooking, add a few additional teaspoons of water or milk to the oatmeal if needed to reach your desired consistency. Container makes approximately 10 servings.
