Whole Grain Oats, Granulated Brown Sugar, Rolled Oats, Apple Pieces, Cinnamon, Natural Apple Flavor, Untreated Sea Salt, Natural Vanilla Type Flavor, Malic Acid, Wheat Flour.
Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal: For 1 Serving: 1/3 cup Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal; 3/4 cup water. Stovetop Instructions: In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add oats, stir well. Return to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 2-3 minutes, or until desired thickness is reached. Remove from heat and allow to stand 1-2 minutes before serving. Microwave Instructions: Add oats and water to a 16 oz bowl. Microwave for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes, or until desired thickness is reached. After cooking, add a few additional teaspoons of water or milk to the oatmeal if needed to reach your desired consistency. Container makes approximately 10 servings.
