Cinnamon Apple Pancakes: 1 egg; 2 tbsp melted butter; 1/2 cup milk; 1 cup Cinnamon Apple Pancake and Waffle Mix. Whisk together egg, melted butter and milk in medium sized bowl. Add pancake mix, and whisk until smooth. For thinner batter add more milk, 1 tablespoon at a time. Spray surface of griddle with nonstick cooking spray, heat to 375 degrees F. Pour on batter, and cook until top is full of bubbles. Flip and cook second side for 2-3 minutes. Cinnamon Apple Waffles: 1 egg; 2/3 cup water; 1 cup Cinnamon Apple Pancake and Waffle Mix; 2 tbsp melted butter or oil. Beat egg and water together. Add dry mix and whisk well. Stir in melted butter or oil and mix well. Ladle batter onto hot waffle iron. Remove when golden brown. (Makes 3-4 waffles, depending on size of waffle iron).
