Directions

Pancakes: 2/3 cup + 2 tbsp milk; 1 large egg; 1 cup Gluten Free Pancake & Waffle Mix; 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted. Preheat griddle to 350 degrees F. Whisk together milk and egg. Add pancake mix and melted butter. Mix until well combined and smooth. Pour batter onto griddle but 1/4 cupfuls. Cook until edges look dry, flip and cook additional 2 minutes. (Makes approximately 5-6 plate-size pancakes.) Waffles: 2/3 cup water; 1 large egg; 1 cup Gluten Free Pancake & Waffle Mix; 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted. Heat waffle iron according to manufacture's directions. Spray with cooking spray. Whisk together water and egg. Add waffle mix and melted butter. Whisk until blended and smooth. Pour batter onto heated waffle iron. Close lid and cook until steaming slows. Carefully remove waffle with fork. Serve hot. (Makes 3-4 waffles, depending on size of waffle iron.) Canister makes approximately three batches.
