Ingredients

Israeli Couscous [Whole Wheat Flour (Contains Gluten)], Maltodextrin, Dehydrated Vegetables (Carrot, Onion, Tomato, Garlic, Spinach, Parsley and Celery), Tomato Powder, Sea Salt, Onion Powder, Yeast Extract, Pinto Bean Flour, Lemon Juice Solids, Silicon Dioxide (Anti-Caking).

Directions

Cooking: 1) In a 1 quart saucepan bring 1-1/4 cups of water and 1 tbsp of olive oil to a boil. 2) Stir in entire contents of package. 3) Cover and reduce to a simmer for 10 mins, or until most of the liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently. 4) Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 mins before serving.
