Cooking Instructions: For 1 portion, use 1 cup low fat milk, 2 Tbsp. sugar, a pinch of salt*, and 2 Tbsp. Creamy Wheat. Stove Top: In a medium saucepan, boil milk with sugar and salt. Add the Creamy Wheat Farina and, stirring constantly, cook for 2 minutes or until desired consistency. Microwave:** In a medium microwave bowl, warm milk with sugar and salt for 1-1/2 minutes. Add the Creamy Wheat Farina and mix well. Continue cooking for 1 minute or until desired consistency. Suggestions: Modify the flavor of Creamy Wheat Farina by adding butter, vanilla, cinnamon or spices. *Optional. **Cooking time may vary due to different types of microwave ovens.
