Grace Jerk Seasoning captures the genuine taste of jerk, by combining exotic Jamaican herbs and spices to create a delicious marinade. Product of Jamaica.


Escallion, Salt, Hot Peppers, Pimento, Brown Sugar, Black Pepper, Thyme, Garlic, Vinegar, Spices, Vegetable Oil (Corn or Soy).


Once opened store in a cool dry place. Use 1to 2 teaspoons of Grace Jerk Seasoning per 1 lb (453 g) of fully thawed meat, chicken, seafood or vegetable. Rub the seasoning thoroughly in, then allow to marinade for at least one hour. Then cook on the barbecue grill, on the stove top or in the oven using your favourite method. No other spices, seasonings or salt are necessary when you use Grace Jerk Seasoning.
