All natural. Premium. Spices. Gluten free. Easy. Fast. Good. Our unique, coarse ground take on a Jamaican standard - tropical sweet heat! Beef, mushrooms, poultry, veggies, lamb.


Minced White Onion, Garlic, Coarse Flake Salt, Sugar, Allspice, Green Onion, Cayenne Red Pepper, Shaker Grind Black Pepper, Thyme, Powdered Habaneras, Nutmeg, Sweet China Cinnamon, Ground Sage.


Manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts, milk, eggs, wheat, and sesame seeds.


Chicken Montego: Place 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in shallow glass or ceramic baking dish. In medium bowl, whisk together 2 T extra virgin olive oil, 2 T soy sauce, 4 T white wine vinegar, 1 cup orange juice, 4 T fresh lime juice and 4 T Montego Bite, pour over chicken. Marinate for at least one hour. Bake or grill chicken as preferred. Reduce leftover marinade by boiling it and simmering for at least 10 minutes. Pour over cooked chicken. This marinade can also be used for pork, lamb, beef, shrimp or any other grilled meats. How to Use: Use 2 T per pound of meat. Coat chicken, pork loin or steak with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle Montego Bite over the top before baking. Combine spices with fresh lime juice, orange juice, soy sauce and olive oil, then marinate meat for 1 hour or more and either grill or bake. Reduce marinade after cooking, and pour over meat.
