Stove Top Instructions: In a large saucepan with tight fitting lid, bring 2 cups (16 oz.) of water to a boil. Add 2 tbsp. of olive oil or butter (optional), then one package of Vigo Low Sodium Yellow Rice, stirring while boiling for one minute. Cover saucepan tightly. Reduce heat to simmer, cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve.
