For microwave instructions see inside pouch. 1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add contents of rice packet and 1 tablespoon of Goya olive oil, corn oil or butter. Stir. 2. Boil for 1 minute, cover tightly, and reduce heat to low; cook for 25 minutes or until water is absorbed. 3. Stir rice and serve. Make 5 (1/2 cup servings).
