Chick Peas, Water, Pumpkin, Tomato Paste, Green Peppers, Soybean Oil, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Artificial Ham Flavor, Granulated Garlic, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Olive Oil, Dehydrated Onion, Onion Flavor, Sugar, Cilantro, Ground Oregano, Disodium EDTA Added to Promote Color Retention, Smoke Flavor (Modified Corn Starch, Natural Hickory Smoke Flavor, Propylene Glycol and Acetic Acid).

Directions

Stovetop: Place contents into a medium-sized saucepan and heat over Low flame for 3-5 minutes or until thoroughly warmed, stirring occasionally. Serve. Microwave: Place contents into a microwave-safe dish and heat for 2 minutes or until beans are warm. Serve.
