Ingredients

Long Grain Parboiled Rice Enriched with Iron (Ferric Orthophosphate), Niacin, Thiamine Mononitrate) and Folic Acid, Dehydrated Onions, Natural Chicken Seasoning (Salt, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Yeast Extract, Sugar, Onion Powder, Natural Flavor, Turmeric), Salt, Curry Powder (Spices, Turmeric, Garlic Powder, Silicon Dioxide [To Prevent Caking]), Dehydrated Carrots, Parsley, Silicon Dioxide (to Prevent Caking).

Directions

1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add contents of rice packet and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, corn oil or butter, stir.2. Boil for 1 minute, cover tightly, and reduce heat to low. Cook for 25 minutes or until water is absorbed. 3. Stir rice and serve. Makes 5 (1/2 cup) servings.
