The amount of water required to cook basmati rice may vary depending on the age of rice. If the rice turns too soft (over cooked) or too hard (under cooked) you can add less or more water for future cooking. Cooking instructions: 1. Measure a desired quantity of rice and rinse. 2. In a pan measure four times water of rice Quantity (one cup rice four cup water). 3. Boil the water and pour the rice in it. 4. Boil for 10 minutes and stir two or trice. 5. Reduce heat, cover & simmer 20-25 minutes or until all the water is absorbed. Total cooking time 25 minutes.
