Product Details

Salt, Red Chilli, Turmeric, Cumin, Black Pepper, Large Cardamom, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Clove, Ginger, Garlic, Star Anised, White Pepper, Tartaric Acid, Soya (Soy) Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Cane Sugar, Canola Oil, Silicondioxide.


Ingredient Required: 1 kg chicken meat, small cubes; 1 kg red tomatoes, finely chopped; 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice; 1/2 cup (85 g) milk; 1/2 cup (85 g) fresh cream; 1/2 cup (85 g) butter, melted; 1/4 to 1/2 cup (85 g) oil/butter; 1 packet Shan Butter Chicken Mix. Steps of Cooking: 1. Mix Shan Chicken Butter Mix and lemon juice in half cup of water and apply to the meat cubes. Marinate for 30 minutes. 2. Boil the tomatoes in 1-2 cups of water for 10 minutes or till soft and tender. Sieve to remove skin and seeds. Keep tomato puree aside. 3. Separately: Heat oil and add the marinated meat. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes. 4. Add the tomato puree and milk. Cover and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. 5. Stir-in fresh cream. Add the melted butter, remove from heat and serve. Tips for Best Results: If using the commercially packed fresh cream add milk to make it thin before use. Wash the chicken with 2 tablespoons white vinegar in half cup of water before use.
