Ingredients

Semolina & Lentil Flour, Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil Shortening (Palmolein Oil & Sesame Oil), Bengal Gram, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate & Citric Acid (Raising Agents), Dehydrated Green Chillies, Dehydrated Curry Leaves, Mustard Seeds, Dried Ginger Powder, Fenugreek Powder, Asafoetida Powder and Butylated Hydroxy Anisole (Preservative).

Warnings

Contains gluten. Contains mustard. Packed in a plant that processes dairy, wheat flour, tree nuts, sesame seeds & mustard.

Directions

Step 1: Mix. Step 2: Pour batter. Step 3: Steam. 1) Mix contents of this pack in 10 fl oz (300 ml) water. Add 2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves. Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 10 mins. 2) Lightly grease a set of idli moulds with oil. Stir batter gently and pour 1 fl oz (30 ml) batter into each mould. 3) Boil approx. 34 fl oz (1 ltr) water in a large steaming vessel or pressure cooker. Place idli moulds inside. Cover and steam on high heat for 15 mins. If pressure cooker is used, do not apply weight/whistle. Serve steaming hot, fluffy side up with Gits Instant Sambhar and coconut chutney. Important: Store in clean, cool, dry place, free from moisture, humidity, insects, pests, strong odours, sunlight & dust.
