Lentil Flour, Wheat Flour, Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil Shortening (Palmolein Oil & Sesame Oil), Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate & Citric Acid (Raising Agents), Asafoetida and Butylated Hydroxyanisole (Preservative).

Step 1: Mix in water. Step 2: Shape like doughnut. Step 3: Fry. 1. Mix contents of this pack with 7-1/2 fl oz (220 ml) water to form a soft dough. Set a side for 10-15 minutes. Tip: For spicier taste add chopped ginger, green chillies & coriander leaves to the dough. 2. Divide the dough into 18 parts. Mold each part into a doughnut shape. Add a little water, if required. 3. Heat 17 fl oz (500 ml) oil in a deep pan. Oil temperature should be such that a pinch of dough rises quickly to the surface. Deep fry the Medu Vadais on medium heat till crispy and golden brown. Serve hot with Gits Instant Sambhar, coconut chutney or tomato sauce. Important: Store in clean, cool, dry place, free from moisture, humidity, insects, pests, strong odours, sunlight & dust.
