Lentils Flour, Wheat Flour, Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil Shortening (Palmolein Oil, Sesame Oil), Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate & Citric Acid (Raising Agents), Cumin Seed Powder and Butylated Hydroxyanisole (Preservative).

1. Step 1: Mix in water. Step 2: Fry. Step 3: Soak in water & put in yogurt. 1. Mix contents of the pack with 8-1/2 fl oz (250 ml) of water. Stir to a smooth batter and set aside from 10 mins. Tip: Add ginger and green chilies paste to the batter. 2. Gently stir the mixture before use. Heat oil (17 fl oz) (app 500 ml). Place tablespoonfuls of batter individually & fry on medium flame till crispy and light brown. Drain excess oil & cool for 3-5 min. 3. Soak in water for 10 mins. Gently press each vadai to drain off excess water. Immerse in beaten yogurt for 10 mins. Garnish with roasted cumin seeds (jeera), red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves, tamarind sauce & yogurt. Serve cold. Important: Store in clean, cool, dry place, free from moisture, humidity, insects, pests, strong odours, sunlight & dust.
