Ingredients

Semolina (75%), Edible Vegetable Fat (Made from Any or All of the Following Permitted Vegetable Oils: Palmolein Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Soyabean Oil, Maize (Corn) Oil, Sesame Oil, Groundnut Oil), Salt, Bengal Gram Dal, Green Chilli, Ginger, Curry Leaves, Sugar, Anti Caking Agent Silica (INS 551), Mustard, Acidity Regulator Citric Acid (INS 330) and Tartaric Acid (INS 334).

Warnings

Allergen Advice: Contains gluten, peanut, and mustard. May contain traces of tree nuts, sesame, and soy.

Directions

Please Remember: Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, consume the entire pack. Directions to Use: 1. Remove the pouch and spoon from the cup. 2. Add about 100 ml hot water. 3. Empty the content of the pouch into the cup. 4. Mix well with the spoon and keep the lid closed for 3 minutes. 5. Mix well once again and enjoy the delicious breakfast. MTR Tip: Garnish with fresh coriander and boiled vegetables. Makes about 190 g Upma. Serves 1.
