Coconut Milk: Coconut, Water, Guar Gum. Massaman Curry Paste: Fish Sauce (Anchovy, Salt), Sugar, Shallots, Garlic, Water, Vegetable Oil (Soy), Salt, Galangal, Cardamom, Coriander Seeds, Lemongrass, Cinnamon, Cumin, Nutmeg, Red Chili Pepper. Roasted Peanuts. Dried Herbs & Chilies: Basil, Dried Whole Red Chili, Kaffir Lime Leaves.
Contains: anchovy, coconut, peanuts, soy. May contain traces of sesame, shrimp, tree nuts.
Simply Add: 1 tbsp vegetable oil; 1-1/2 lb chicken, cut into 1 inch cubes (thigh fillets are best); 2 medium potatoes, quartered; 1 brown onion, peeled, cut into large chunks. Step 1: Massaman curry paste. Heat oil over medium heat and fry my massaman curry paste for about a minute or until it starts to smell yummy. Add chicken and cook for about 3 minutes until chicken starts to change colour. Step 2: Coconut milk. Now's the time to pour in the creamy coconut milk and half cup of water. Step 3: Dried herbs & chilies. Stir through those fragrant dried herbs & chilies (leave out the chilies to make it mild or chop them up to make it hot). Step 4: Peanuts. Add in the peanuts along with your potatoes and onion. Cover with a lid, turn the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove the lid and simmer for another 10 minutes to thicken slightly. Serve and enjoy! Top Tip: For super tender beef or lamb massaman change the covered simmer time in step 4 to 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Store in a cool, dry place.
