In This Pack: korma paste; dried chili & spice; coconut milk. Simply Add: 1-1/2 lb cubed chicken; 1 medium onion; 3 tbsp natural yogurt. Restaurant quality. Easy to cook! Make it mild or make it hot (Spice it how you like! Leave out the dried chili for a mild curry. If you like it hot, chop up the dried chili before you add it). Makes 4 servings. Prep time 5 minutes. Ingredients

Korma Paste: Spices (Including Turmeric and Chili Powder), Garlic, Ginger, Tomato Paste (Tomatoes), Cashews, Soybean Oil, Salt, Brown Sugar, Tapioca Starch. Coconut Milk: Coconut Milk, Water, Guar Gum. Spice Packet: Cinnamon, Red Chili Pepper, Cardamom, Bay Leaves.

Directions

Recipe Guide: Simply Add: 1-1/2 lb boneless chicken thighs or breast, cut into 1 inch cubes; 3 tbsp natural yogurt; 1 tbsp canola or vegetable oil; 1 medium onion, finely chopped. Serving Suggestion: Serve with steamed rice. Step 1: In a large bowl, combine korma paste, chicken and yogurt. Mix well. Step 2: In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and the dried chili & spice (Spice it how you like! Leave out the dried chili for a mild curry. If you like it hot, chop up the dried chili before you add it). Cook onions while stirring occasionally for about 4 minutes or until softened. Step 3: Add chicken mixture and cook for about 2 minutes until chicken starts to change color. Now stir through the coconut milk. Reduce heat, cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Remove lid and simmer for another 5-10 minutes until sauce thickens. Enjoy! Marion's Korma Meal Ideas: Add vegetables (eg cauliflower florets, green beans or cubed pumpkin) along with the chicken. Serve with extra yogurt, almond flakes and finely chopped fresh cilantro. For beef or lamb korma, change covered simmer time in step 3 to 1-1/2 to 2 hours. For seafood korma, change covered simmer time in step 3 to 10 minutes. For vegetable korma, see recipe on the side of box.
