Ingredients

Butter Chicken Paste: Tomato Paste (Tomatoes), Garlic, Brown Sugar, Ginger, Chili Powder, Water, Salt, Vegetable Oil (Soy), Cumin, Coriander, Cardamom, Cinnamon, White Pepper, Tapioca Starch, Turmeric, Clove. Crushed Tomatoes: Tomatoes. Dried Chili & Spices: Cinnamon Stick, Dried Whole Red Chili, Cardamom, Bay.

Directions

Simply Add: 1-1/2 lb chicken, cut into roughly 1 inch cubes; 2 tbsp (1/4 stick) butter; 1 brown onion, finely chopped; 3 tbsp cream. Step 1: Butter chicken paste. In a large bowl, combine my butter chicken paste and your chicken. Mix well. Step 2: Dried chili & spices. Heat butter over medium-high heat in a saucepan with a lid. Add onions and the dried chili & spices (leave the chili out for a mild curry). Cook, stirring for 3-4 minutes until onions are soft. Step 3: Crushed tomatoes. Add chicken mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 2 minutes until chicken just starts to change color. Now stir through the crushed tomatoes. Cover with a lid and simmer on low for 20 minutes. Remove lid and simmer for another 5-10 minutes to thicken slightly. Remove from heat and stir through cream. Enjoy! Top Tip: To make your curry spicier chop up the dried chili. If you like it creamy, simply add more cream. Store in a cool, dry place.
