For 8-12 Falafel Balls: 1. Mix the entire contents of Sadaf mix with 1-1/2 cup cold water, stir well. Allow to stand for 15-20 minutes. 2. Form into small patties or balls of 1-2 inch in diameter. 3. Deep fry balls in grapeseed oil until golden and crispy. Drain on paper tower and serve warm. Store in a cool dry place.
