Dried Green Lentils.
Cooking: 1. Soak 1 cup Green Lentils in 4 cups water with 1 tsp salt for about 1 hour. 2. Simmer Lentils in same salted water until they are tender (about 12-15 minutes). 3. Drain and season to taste. Serves 4-6.
