8 oz chicken fillet (cut into strips), 2 oz celery (shredded), 1 oz carrot (shredded), 1 pack Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Black Pepper Chicken. Stir-fry chicken in 1-2 tbsp oil until almost done. Add celery, carrot and Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Black Pepper Chicken. Stir well in low heat for about 1 minute until chicken is done. Servings: 4. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
