It has the perfect balance of salty, tangy and sweet to enhance the flavors of broiled meats, poultry, seafood or vegetables. Or, use ponzu as a sauce for sushi, sashimi, cubes of tofu or raw oysters. Instead of the usual cocktail sauce, dip cooked jumbo prawns in ponzu. Add a small amount of vegetable oil to ponzu for a dressing over greens or use to season a mixture of meats, vegetables and pasta to make a quick main dish salad.
