Product Details

Noodles served cool with sesame-flavored rice-vinegar sauce. Product of Japan.

Ingredients

Noodles (3.17 oz): Wheat Flour, Starch/Potato and Tapioca), Palm Oil, Salt, Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Metaphosphate, Potassium Carbonate, Sodium Polyphosphate and FD&C Yellow 5. Dressing (1.71 oz): Sugar, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Wheat and Salt), Sesame Paste, Distilled Vinegar, Vegetable Oil (Sesame Oil, Rice Oil and Rapeseed Oil), Hydrolyzed Protein (Soybeans, Bonito, Sardine, Tuna and Corn), Sweet Cooking Rice Wine (Corn Syrup, Water, Alcohol, Rice and Salt), Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Scallop Extract, Glacial Acetic Acid, Yeast Extract, Citric Acid, Disodium Inosinate, Malic Acid, Caramel Color, Disodium Succinate, Chinese Hot Sauce (Chili and Sesame Oil) and Glycine. Mustard (0.07 oz): Mustard, Chili Sauce (Water, Chili Pepper, Broad Beans and Salt), Salt, Lactic Acid, Artificial Flavor and Sodium Acetate.

Directions

1. Add noodles to 3 cups boiling water. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. Drain; rinse with cold water. Drain well. 3. Place noodles on serving plate. Top with sliced cucumber, tomato and ham, as desired. 4. Add dressing. Top with mustard, as desired.
